A challenge that tests the
relationship between man and horse, this event is a must to see.

Stockmen and women are required to
really test their horsemanship, competing in a set of events to
demonstrate their skills -

cross country riding,

stock handling, |
|
shoeing a horse, |
|
leading another pack horse
through an obstacle course, |
|
whip cracking, |
|
bareback riding. |

|
The 10 finalist have to

catch a wild brumby and
|
|
ride a buckjumper |

|

campdraft

team penning |

dog trials,

billy boiling |
